KD Power is operated by KD Power. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, progressive web app, Android app, iOS app, and related services used to browse products, sign in, place orders, review transactions, and receive account or order updates.

It explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have when using KD Power.

• Account details such as your name, mobile number, and profile information when you sign in or create an account.
• Order and customer details such as delivery or billing information, items ordered, order notes, and order history.
• Transaction details such as payment references, screenshots you submit for payment review, and account ledger activity where applicable.
• Images or files you choose to upload, including profile photos or payment proof.
• Device and usage details such as browser type, app platform, approximate technical diagnostics, and push notification tokens used to deliver alerts.

• Directly from you when you sign in, place an order, edit your profile, submit payment proof, or contact us.
• Automatically from your device or browser when you use the app, such as session, device, and notification-related technical data.
• From native app features you choose to use, such as push notifications, image sharing, or camera/photo access where supported by your device.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate access.
• To process orders, maintain cart and customer workflow state, and show order progress.
• To review payments, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate records.
• To send service messages and optional push notifications about orders, payments, account activity, or staff workflow events.
• To improve app reliability, troubleshoot issues, enforce permissions, and comply with legal obligations.

If you connect KD Power to ChatGPT or another compatible assistant, the connection uses your authenticated shopkeeper account to provide commerce assistance. The assistant may receive the minimum information needed to answer your request, including product and compatibility results, order numbers and status, order totals and line items, invoice details, account balance summaries, and bounded balance-history entries.

The connection does not expose your password, authentication tokens, internal database identifiers, customer profile objects, or unrelated account records. Product identifiers are returned only when needed to create an order. Order and transaction dates, payment status, payment method, and amounts may be returned when needed to explain order or account history.

KD Power uses the connected account only for that account's permitted shopkeeper data. You can disconnect the assistant connection or contact us about access, correction, or deletion of personal information using the choices described below.

We share information only when needed to run KD Power or when required by law.

• With infrastructure and software providers that help us host the app, store data, authenticate users, deliver notifications, or manage uploaded files.
• With authorized team members inside KD Power according to their role and permission level.
• With legal, regulatory, or law-enforcement authorities when required to comply with applicable law or protect our rights, users, or business.
• As part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information.

If you allow notifications, KD Power may send order, payment, and account alerts to your browser or mobile device. On Android or iOS, the app may store a notification token and related device identifier so notifications can reach the correct device.

If you use native sharing or upload payment screenshots or images, the app may access files, photos, or camera features only for the action you request.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain order and payment records, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, or security requirements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by KD Power. No online service can promise absolute security, so you should also protect your device, verify who has access to your account, and avoid sharing credentials.

You can permanently delete your KD Power account and personal profile data from your Profile. Order, payment, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and other records we must retain may be kept as described in this policy.

KD Power is intended for business and general commerce use and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can review the situation.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we may update the date on this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice inside the app or through other reasonable means.
